1. Bookings and Payments

Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit or payment has been made, the booking is reserved specifically for you. Our vehicles and drivers may be allocated based on the date, time, passenger numbers and journey requirements provided at the time of booking.

2. No Refunds

All deposits and payments made to Kent Taxi Gatwick are non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking, you will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit or payment already made, except where a refund is required by applicable UK law.

We therefore strongly recommend that customers check their travel dates, times, passenger numbers and flight details carefully before confirming their booking.

3. Changing Your Date or Time

Although we do not provide refunds, customers may request to change the date and/or time of their booking.

Changes are subject to:

• Availability of our vehicles and drivers.

• Reasonable advance notice.

• The new journey date and time being suitable for our scheduling.

• Any difference in the agreed fare where the new journey details result in a different price.

A change of date or time is not guaranteed and can only be accepted if availability exists.

4. Cancellation by the Customer

If you decide that you no longer require the taxi service, you may cancel your booking, but any deposit or payment already made will remain non-refundable, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

If you cancel and later wish to make a new booking, this will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to our availability and current pricing.

5. Flight Delays or Changes

For airport transfers, please provide us with accurate flight details when making your booking.

Where possible, we will monitor flight information and adjust the pickup time for reasonable flight delays. However, customers should contact us as soon as possible if their flight is cancelled, significantly delayed or changed.

A flight cancellation or change does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where availability permits, we may offer only to change the booking date or time instead. But deposits and payments made to Kent Taxi Gatwick are non-refundable.

6. No-Show

If the customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location or cannot be contacted within a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided, subject to any rights the customer may have under applicable law.
